Customer Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zida mobile application and related services (the “Platform”), operated by Zida (“Zida,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using Zida, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. PLATFORM ROLE

Zida is a technology platform only.

All services offered through Zida are provided by independent third-party service providers (“Providers”). Any agreement for services is solely between you and the Provider, not Zida.

2. BOOKINGS & SERVICES

When you book a service through Zida, you authorize Zida to facilitate the booking and payment. Service performance is the sole responsibility of the Provider.
